Stylish and new-fashioned rooms with a double bed are accompanied by excellent service. the breakfast is savory with a variety of food. the staff are very friendly and extremely helpful and really care about the guests. the ambiance is quiet.

The hotel was spotless and clean. Great and super location within walking distance to the historic center. the double room we booked was adequate, with a soft bed and a good bathroom including hair dryers, a walk-in shower, and bath sheets.

Breakfast: The buffet breakfast at the hotel was a delightful treat every morning. They had a wide range of options, from sweet pastries to savory dishes like eggs. One morning, I found myself indulging in a delicious fruit salad that was so refreshing, it felt like diving into a pool of rejuvenation.

Air conditioning: Unfortunately, during my stay, the air conditioning in the room was not working or switched on. It made the room uncomfortably hot, and even opening the window wasn't an option due to the noise from the road.

I chose this hotel for my business meeting as it caters to both business travelers and tourists. The facilities were convenient and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The only service I missed for my work was a reliable and fast internet connection.

My children wanted more entertainment options for kids at the hotel.

After a long drive, we found exactly what we needed at Ibis in Albi: a good night's sleep and a welcome snack upon our late arrival. The breakfast was ample and enjoyable, and the location allowed us to easily explore the Toulouse-Lautrec Museum within a 15-minute walk. The friendly and professional staff made our stay even more pleasant. Finding the hotel was easy, with clear directions to "ibis hotel." Ample and free parking was a breeze. the hotel was clean, comfortable, and provided excellent value for money. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, making it ideal for exploring all that Albi has to offer. Being just a short walk away from the cathedral and the Toulouse Lautrec Museum is a huge advantage. Additionally, the secure parking facility, available for a small fee, is a convenient option for guests with cars.

There was one minor issue with the breakfast where the coffee machine was out of order. However, considering the overall positive experience, this small setback did not overshadow the great value for money I received at this hotel.
